Session times are published by Formula 1 on the official United States Grand Prix 2027 schedule. All times will be Central Time (CDT), Local Time (LT).
Flight time windows 2027
Departure times to be negotiated. Flight windows for October 22–24 will be announced once the 2027 session times are published.
Take-Off Locations
We can accommodate departures from several convenient locations around Austin, Texas.
- 4XS8 – South Austin Heliport:
- our main base, closest to COTA,

- Lakeway Airpark (3R9):
- ideal for departures from the Lake Travis area
- flight time: [15-20 mins],
- San Antonio (Boerne Stage Airfield, 5C1):
- convenient for passengers traveling from San Antonio and Hill Country,
- flight time: [30-35 mins],
- Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA) – FBOs:
- perfect for those arriving or departing on business jets

Charter or Shuttle?
You can choose between Charter and Shuttle flights.
Charter:
- The entire helicopter is reserved exclusively for you and your guests.
- Maximum privacy, no other passengers onboard.
- More flexibility within the available time windows.
Shuttle:
- You purchase individual seats of the helicopters.
- You share the helicopter with other passengers.
- Efficient and cost-effective option while still enjoying a luxury transfer.
